Contamination and Pollution Management

 

The investigation of buildings and land in terms of the presence of pollutants and contaminated sites is recommended before the acquisition of commercial or industrial real estate.

 

Such investigations are often also required by the authorities, e.g. in connection with operational or plant decommissioning as well as in the case of operational incidents.

 

ProSolut S.A. is active in the field of contaminated site management both on a private law basis and as an officially licensed body (“organisme agréé”) of the Ministry of Environment and can, among other things, take over the following tasks:

 

• Provision of historical research

• Carrying out contaminated site and pollutant investigations

• Application, planning, monitoring and supervision of rehabilitations

• Clearance measurement of rehabilitated sites (testing, documentation and certification / proof of the rehabilitation success).
